
Which ones do you do? Here is a collection of upper body exercises where you need only dumbbells. They go in order from chest to back to shoulders to arms. If your gym is super packed, just grab a bunch of DB’s and do your thing. Or if you’re in a hotel gym and all they’ve got is a few sets of old DB’s then you’re good to go! Can get in a great workout! I’d suggest sticking to the 6-15 rep range for most of you.
